These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, software, and subscription services (the "Services") provided by N.M.M. Noble Minds Media Ltd ("Noble Minds Media", "we", "us"), a company registered in Cyprus (company number HE 453611), with its registered office at Grigori Afxentiou 7, Francis Court, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. By creating an account, subscribing to, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Noble Minds Media provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products and related tools, including API access for trading-platform connectivity and associated dashboards. The specific features available to you depend on the subscription plan you select. The Services are delivered digitally and access is provided online immediately after a successful payment, unless a free trial applies.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example monthly) at the price shown at checkout. All prices are stated and charged in Euro (EUR, €) and are exclusive of any value-added tax (VAT) or other taxes, which are added where applicable. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. Card payments are handled by Stripe and/or our merchant-of-record partner; we do not store your full card details. By subscribing you also agree to the applicable payment provider's terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage Subscription" option in your account, which opens the secure billing portal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and your access continues until then. Refund and withdrawal rights are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, reselling access without authorisation, interfering with the integrity or performance of the Services, or using them for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
The Services, including all software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Noble Minds Media or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose during your subscription.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice, and you are solely responsible for any decisions made using data obtained through the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noble Minds Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the courts of Cyprus, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
