Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions and other services purchased from N.M.M. Noble Minds Media Ltd (company number HE 453611), Grigori Afxentiou 7, Francis Court, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. All amounts are charged in Euro (EUR, €).

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Subscription" option in your account, which opens our secure billing portal. When you cancel:

  • Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
  • You keep access to the paid features until that date.
  • Your subscription will not renew or be charged again afterwards.

2. EU/EEA right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. For digital services, this right ends once the service has been fully performed. Because our Services are digital and access is provided immediately, you expressly request that performance begins during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. Where the service has not yet been fully performed, you may withdraw and we will refund the unused portion.

3. Refunds

  • Fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by law or stated otherwise here.
  • If you were charged in error, or the Services were materially unavailable due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will review your case and issue a refund where appropriate.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Free trials

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and the applicable fee is charged. You can cancel during the trial at any time via the billing portal.
